We realized that sustainability isn't a sprint where every step has to be perfect. It's a clockless marathon that you run at your own pace, with no winners, only participants.

It's our mission to help you run this marathon and make a sustainable lifestyle as accessible & inclusive as possible. By offering products that help you reduce waste on a daily basis, by sharing information & by being at the forefront of change. We can do this, step by step. Let's run together.

We aim to work exclusively with European suppliers, to make sure our supply chain is as short & sustainable as possible! If a product contains a certain material, like bamboo, this can be produced over seas, but always in a fair trade way. This is our promise to you!

At Ecossentials, we have a strict plastic free shipping policy. We ship everything 100% plastic free in an recycled or 100% post-consumer box with recycled cardboard filling or used newspaper and paper tape. All of our shipping materials are 100% recyclable and compostable.​

We hope you can find other uses for our packaging before sending it to be recycled! 

We only provide shipping to Europe, to keep our supply chain as sustainable as possible. Worldwide shipping can't be done without a certain impact, so we won't offer that. At this moment, we do offer shipping outside Belgium to the following countries:

The way of getting hold of us is via the contact form on our contact page . Of course you can still contact us through Facebook or Instagram, but please keep in mind that email will be the easiest for us to search through and filter in! 

All orders that are over €65 and are being shipped to an address within Belgium, will qualify for free shipping!


If your order is damaged, missing or delayed, please send an email to so we can solve the problem!

If your order is returned to us because you didn’t pick it up in time or weren’t home when it was offered, you’ll have to pay the shipping costs again for us to resend it to you. 

We work with lots of different suppliers, and they are amazing, but they're not perfect (which company is?). Even sustainable products still come in packaging because that’s what manufacturers and consumers are used to or there's not yet another sustainable option. Most of this packaging is compostable and recyclable or reusable & we make sure we choose for the least polluting option!
