Shipping Policy
Delivery in Belgium
- DPD: €5,95 by DPD Green Home Delivery and €4,95 in a DPD service point.

Free Pick-up Brasschaat: You can choose at the checkout to collect your order for free at our sheltered workshop partner Noordheuvel (Miksebaan 266, 2930 Brasschaat). This is possible every work day between 9am-16pm. You can just drop by, no need to schedule. Not possible if you order the day itself.
- Free Delivery: You get free delivery on all orders above €60 (in Belgium)! Pick the option ‘Free Shipping’ at checkout (only appears on orders above €60).
Shipping time
Delivery by DPD usually takes about 1-3 business days after your order is processed. You’ll receive a tracking mail when your order is completed.
Please note that if your delivery option is “Free Pick-Up”, you have 60 days to come pick up your order. Past these 60 days, you won’t be able to recover your order.
Delayed/Missing Delivery
If your order is damaged, missing or delayed, please send an email to hello@ecossentials.eu so we can solve the problem.
If your order is returned to us because you didn’t pick it up in time at a parcel shop or weren’t home when it was offered, you’ll have to pay the shipping costs again for us to resend it to you. It's the responsibility of the client to regularly check the tracking link(s) provided by mail and stay up to date. We can't make any exceptions on this.
If your package is returned to us, please contact us via email hello@ecossentials.eu. If the items are delivered to us without harm, we can either resend the package to you (see above) or refund your order amount minus the paid shipping costs.
Can I adjust my shipping details?
Please contact us with your order number and updated shipping address to request an address change to your order, and we will do our best to accommodate if the order has not been processed for shipment.
How is my package shipped?
We ship everything 100% plastic free in a post-consumer cardboard box with paper wrapping, labels, and tape. All of our shipping materials are 100% recyclable and compostable.
